Today our ESL students attended a Career Fair! The students met with 15 different employers including Pizza Hut, Kroger, St. Vincents Family Services, Columbus City Public Schools, an ophthalmologist center, child care providers, and more.
Our students spent a lot of time asking questions and providing resumes for jobs that interested them. Not only did they ask about paid jobs, but some discussed community service opportunities and unpaid internships!
Several of our students filled out applications in the moment and some even scheduled interviews!
